Front Desk Clerk PTL Lodge
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Title: Desk Clerk at PTL Lodge
Reports to: PTL Lodge Supervisor
Summary: Front Desk Clerk /Maintain PTL Lodge’s guest rooms and common areas.
Major Duties:
- Maintain front desk area for new arrivals & check outs
- Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
- Perform laundry duties as necessary
- Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
- Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
- Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
- Report any damages or repairs needed to management
- Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
Job Requirements/Work Area Conditions:
Education: High School Diploma/GED required
Certifications: Valid Driver’s License
Experience: Entry level
Type of Experience: Experience helpful but not necessary, will train internally
Special Skills: Out going, pleasant attitude towards new drivers/employees Must have the ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and managers. Flexible schedule
Physical: Able to sit for long period of time. Able to lift 25lbs.
Environmental: Indoors and some outdoors areas
